Recently, T-INNOWARE (Singapore subsidiary of Sinovatio) and Indonesian partner Sinergi Wahana Gemilang (SWG) held a strategic cooperation launch ceremony at JS Luwansa Hotel in Jakarta. Both parties announced their commitment to deepening the cybersecurity market in Indonesia, and jointly launched SAI (Security AI). Integrating generative AI and cybersecurity agent technologies, the two sides open a new chapter of "AI + Security".

The event kicked off at 9 a.m., bringing together local Indonesian channel partners and industry guests. Mr. Ling Dongsheng, CEO of T-INNOWARE, delivered the opening speech: "Indonesia is one of T-INNOWARE’s most important strategic markets in Southeast Asia. We are committed to bringing cutting-edge 'AI + Security' concepts and technologies to the local market, and working with SWG and ecosystem partners to transform cybersecurity operation models."

He stated that headquartered in Singapore, T-INNOWARE is a subsidiary of Sinovatio, tasked with expanding overseas government and enterprise business. T-INNOWARE delivers comprehensive network performance and security analysis solutions covering Network Packet Broker (NPB), Network Performance Management and Diagnostics (NPMD), Traffic Security Analysis (TSA), API Security Posture Management (ASPM), and cybersecurity operations.

There were keynote sessions at the event. Speakers shared insights on digital security trends, collaborative ecosystem value, as well as T-INNOWARE’s new-generation AI security product portfolio and real-world implementation cases. During the live demo session, technical teams from T-INNOWARE and SWG jointly demonstrated the practical capabilities of SAI. The demo illustrated how AI improves the automation and intelligence of cybersecurity operations, reduces Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Cost of Data Breach (CDB), and elevates SLA service standards.

The channel strategy release session was co-hosted by channel representatives of both companies. Both sides confirmed continuous investment in local channel support to bring more growth opportunities and resource empowerment for partners.

The highlight of the event was the document exchange ceremony. Mr. Ling Dongsheng, CEO of T-INNOWARE, and Ms. Chandra Marita Sari of SWG exchanged cooperation documents, marking the full launch of the strategic alliance between T-INNOWARE and SWG.

This cooperation goes beyond product release, and represents the shared commitment of both parties to the future evolution of cybersecurity. T-INNOWARE will keep focusing on technological innovation and customer demands. Working closely with SWG and local Indonesian partners, T-INNOWARE will seize opportunities brought by AI and help enterprises build smarter, more reliable and resilient cybersecurity infrastructure.
