In February 2003, Shenzhen Sinovatio Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

In September 2006, the first international sales contract was signed.

In October 2006, the company passed ISO9001 certification.

In May 2008, the company passed the software enterprise certification of the Information Industry Department of Jiangsu Province, the annual domestic and international contract sales exceeded 100 million RMB for the first time.

In April 2005, the G series of flow distribution products were launched.

In August 2007, the Nanjing subsidiary was established. 

In January 2009, the company passed the CMMI Level 3 Quality System Assessment.

In 2011, Sinovatio provided national-level overall security solutions.

In September 2011, Sinovatio passed the 2010 contract-honoring and trustworthy enterprise certification.

In February 2013, Sinovatio got the quality management system certification and won the third prize of the China Electronics Society Science and Technology Award issued by the Chinese Institute of Electronics.

In 2010, the contract sales in domestic and international markets all exceeded 100 million RMB.

In October 2012, the company was purchased by Shenzhen Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd and changed its name to Shenzhen Sinovatio Technology Co., Ltd.

In August 2014, Sinovatio got the software enterprise certification.

In February 2016，Hangzhou Saike Network Technology Co., Ltd. was established. On March 18, 2016, Beijing Branch was established. In April 2016, Sinovatio(Hong Kong) Co., Ltd was established.

In July 2018, the Sinovatio Yuhua District Building was completed officially.

In January 2015, Sinovatio was awarded an important taxpayer.In October 2015, Sinovatio won the third-level qualification certificate for computer system integration and the high-tech enterprise certificate.In November 2015, Sinovatio won the Jiangsu Excellent Enterprise Award.

In November 2017, Sinovatio listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange successfully.
